For Delivery:

Order Confirmation: Once you’ve made your booking, you will receive an order confirmation email with your delivery details.

Delivery Scheduling: Our team will contact you to confirm a delivery time that fits your event schedule. We strive to provide fast and efficient delivery, ensuring your equipment arrives on time.

Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible for our team. If you need any special arrangements (e.g., restricted access or offloading), please inform us beforehand.

Receiving Your Order: Our delivery team will bring your equipment to the designated location and ensure everything is set up according to your specifications.

Collection: After your event, our team will arrange for a convenient collection time. Please ensure the equipment is packed and ready for pickup.

For Click & Collect:

Place Your Order: Choose your items online and select "Click & Collect" at checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Notification: Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirming that your equipment is ready for collection at our Peachy Productions location (GU12 4RH).

Collection Hours: Our collection hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Please arrive within this window for a smooth pickup.

Pickup Process: Upon arrival, head to our designated collection point. Our team will assist you with loading the equipment into your vehicle.

Bring ID: Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
