We understand that booking equipment can be a minefield. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions on how to hire from Peachy Productions. If we don't provide an answer or you are still confused we would love to speak with you directly 01483 724751.  

How long does a hire last?

Our rental costs are based on a single day hire. This is why our prices are so competitive. If you hire for more than 3 days in a row we then apply a 50% discount to the additional day rate charge.  As an example - If you were to hire for 1 - 3 days then you will be charged 1 - 3 days at full price. 

If you hire for 4 days or more then the charge is full price for the first three days and 50% for day 4 onwards.

What happens if I am running late to collect or drop back?

If you can let us know as soon as possible, one of our team will try and ensure they are at the warehouse. If however they need to leave we will let you know where your equipment can be picked up from or dropped back.

Where are you based?

We are based in Aldershot. Our address is Peachy Productions Ltd, Unit A & C Manawey Industrial Estate, Holder Road, Aldershot, GU12 4RH. If you are collecting your equipment we have free parking bays infant of the warehouse.

What are your opening times?

Our office and warehouse opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays

How can I pay?

You can either pay by bank transfer, pay by card (debit or credit) over the phone or we can send a link to pay online. Please note that payment in full must reach us before we can release the equipment 

Can I send a courier to Collect?

Unfortunately we are not able to allow third party couriers to collect hired equipment from us on your behalf.
